1) What information can I put into the Video Link field? Can I upload video files to Switchboard Sales?
This field allows the user to add online videos. This field currently supports URLs that link to YouTube and Vimeo, or any similar services that allow a user to view the URL directly through their browser. This field does not allow the user to upload video files (e.g., .mp4 files) to store within Switchboard Sales. This field will not work properly if the URL points to a static storage location, such as Dropbox or Google Drive.
2) How should I enter the Sell Period?
The Sell Period field refers to when the products in this offer would be sold in stores.
